Hey Scotty, big fan, thank you for what you're doing.
I will admit that I was forced into a larger car due to the addition of a 120 pound dog to my family.
The previous unit, a 2010 crown vic was too small. I started reviewing your channel and the 150,000 + episodes, BUY THIS USED SUV and a plethora of others.
It was between a Toyota RAV4, Toyota Highlander, Honda CRV and a Lexus RX 350.
I was on FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE and was being very selective while following your suggestions. After many test drives, I am new to FRONT WHEEL and AWD so their characteristics were vastly different from my big v-8 sedan.
So I had settled on the Lexus. I had one that I thought was going to be sufficient. When this popped up on my FB feed.

Super clean, well maintained, not a rust bucket, new cooper tires & headlights, leather heated seats, power moon roof, all-wheel drive, nonsmoker, non-pet, one dent on right side, drives excellent, $4300
It was older than I wanted, plus it had the old power antenna that always snaps off....but I thought....Good price, plus it was only 1/2 hour drive to test it out.
Then...I spotted something in the photos.

The first thing I spotted was that it looked like a museum. It was in fact, this guys SHOP. He owns a SPEEDOMETER SHOP.
This is what I saw when I arrived
The guy was organized beyond belief. Everything had a place, and it was clean....Nothing out of place.
When I drove the guy home, AFTER BUYING THE CAR, it was obvious that he's JUST THAT WAY....very organized and meticulous about everything in his orbit.
I took the vehicle to the Lexus dealer the following day. It needed an oil change I knew about and the rear wiper motor is kaput. Otherwise, CARFAX and LEXUS (after a $590.00 review) gave the unit a clean bill of health.
I'm curious if you would agree....did I find a Unicorn in the wild?

Two very happy fellows that owe you a drink.
Sounds like you are very happy with your purchase, take good care of it and it should last a lot longer. The oil filter is a bitch to get to, but can be made easier by using a K&N filter with the nut welded on the end.
Only demerit you earned was for buying the car first and then getting an inspection.
Good luck!
Nice ride! Definitely looks clean, and I hope the owners took care of it as it seems. What about putting some images into the "Member Rides" page?
