My 2005 f150 4.6 runs a little rough no code changed plugs filter run carbon cleaning fluid that you recommend Ford could not find anything, I like watching your crazy hand waving YouTube videos truck has 100000 miles been running rough for years

Scan it for codes and proceed accordingly.

He said no code but a 2005 era vehicle running rough would absolutely show a code of some kind. Be it MAF, MAP, coil packs, O2s or something. @itwt. I suspect he needs a better scanner.
