My son is retiring from the USN. He's looking for a pickup truck and has been asking me about Ford 2.7 Ecoboost with Turbo. I'm cringing. What videos videos do you have that may change his mind,? {black}:razz:

Well just search up Scotty's videos about these EcoBoost engines, they do not hold up over time compared to the NA Coyote V8 engines in general unless you are very religious with your maintenance and you don't beat the heck out of it. If you want less maintenance, tell him to look for a V8 F-150 (make sure it's not the 5.4 triton V8 since those are worse than the EcoBoost v6 engines), if he doesn't mind the extra maintenance, go ahead with the EcoBoost engines, but they just won't hold up as well as a naturally aspirated V8.
