Hey, I watch your YouTube and wanted to know your opinion on the Ford Escape 21’
I have had a Ford Fusion 08’ for the last 10 years with 0 problems and is at 197,000 miles. It is just finally to small and I need something with more interior space.

I would pass on those cars. They aren't like what they used to.

Is there a Ford that would do better with some ground clearance and good mileage?

Or perhaps a chevrolet?

@rkbussell eh not really, Ford complete focus and time invested is on their trucks cause that’s where the money is for them. The escapes and explorers and stuff is a side gig for them. If you want a vehicle to go 150k mi or more Without having to do a lot of maintenance pass on Ford. Now if you have to buy a Ford I’d buy an Edge.keep in mind the edge will go 100 or more mi IF you maintain it well. And I mean oil change every 3k mi regardless of what manual says or even if you’re going to use full synthetic, doesn’t matter. Spark plugs have to be changed every 60k, install a oil catch can since the motor uses gasoline direct injection. If it’s AWD change PTU fluid every 30k regardless what manual says. Transmission fluid every 60k regardless what manual says. That’s how you will get that Edge to the 150k mi mark.

Oh and be easy driving it.
