Scotty,
I’ve got a 2010 Ford Escape LE Non-Hybrid with a V6 engine and 150,000 miles and automatic transmission. As it is probably going to need a new transmission soon I’m debating what type of transmission to replace it with. Rebuilding it, one from a scrap yard (LKQ), or a new OEM manufactured one. I plan to drive the car to at least 200,000 miles.

If you are going to replace it, I would go OEM remanufactured. But I wouldn't bother as it will cost you more than the car is worth to do.
I would look at replacing it with more reliable transportation.
