Hey Scotty,
You said you aren’t a fan of the Ford Excursion. What is your take on the Expedition EL with the 5.4 V-8? Is that an engine that will last a long time? I’ve seen one for sale with 67,000 miles, and was curious how long that engine would last and what some of the things I should look for would be. It is a 4x4 and a 2013 model. Thanks.

3V 5.4 V8 is one, if not the worst motors Ford ever manufactured. Stay far away from that vehicle.

As far as the engine goes, who took care of the truck? Test drive the vehicle before buying. Look for maintenance on the vehicle.
