Hey Scotty, What do you think of the Ford Explorer Sport Tracs in general? I've been looking at some but I would like to know if it would be a good truck to buy, and if it's reliable
They might not be Ford's best effort, but to my eyes most of them I see seem to be holding up well. (stereotype alert) I suspect it's a function of who buys them: someone who wants a functional and practical vehicle but does not need to do heavy hauling. Middle age and older people with at least a little disposable income. The sort of people who are likely to maintain them well.
Well they are fun but I'd only get one if it had a V6 engine. Myself and I would not want the twin turbo engine. Those have problems as they age with the turbos in the engine wearing out
