Hey Scotty! I was looking through the manual of my 2016 Ford Flex for fun and I noticed Ford recommends changing the automatic transmission fluid at 150,000 miles. This seemed obsurd to me but what do you think?
2016 Ford Flex SEL
90,500 miles
3.5L Duratec V6

It should be changed at 40-60K miles with a new filter.

It should have had at least 2 transmission fluid changes by now. See the FAQ for info on examining your transmission fluid to see if it's safe to change.
