I have a 2013 Ford Focus SE. 123k miles. The engine seems to have a rough idle at cold start and is ok after warmed up. I am going to try ATS fuel treatment. What could it be? 2.0 naturally aspirated

What could it be?
Dozens of different things. You might want to try cleaning your throttle body and MAF sensor, checking for vacuum leaks, and doing a diagnostic scan.
