dear Scotty,
Im a big fan your videos.
I have a ford mondeo, year 2009.
It is the third tine that the radiator fan controller stop working and the fans stop work too.

The fans itself works fine.
I have unit of 2 fans.

Mechanics told me that the fans need to be replaced since they make the controller stop working.
Fans are very expensive in Israel, 1000$.

I would appreciate your advice.
I will attach picture of the controller.

Thank you very much.

Nadav.

One thing you might do is to wire around the controller, and have the fans run all the time when the ignition is on. That might drop your gas mileage 1%, but it wouldn't involve any unreliable $1000 parts.

Thank you Glen.

I afraid it will effect the engine computer, since I think it can sense the amps that the fans are pulling, and engine working temp as well.

What do you think?
