I have a 2.2l Ford mondeo st mk3 diesel i was wondering if anyone could tell me when i start up my car my rpm is low and jutters for a minute then sorts its self out any help i would appreciate

Does it run better when the A/C is turned off?
Sorry been waiting for an email to come through as forgotten pass made a new account but its not the issue rough idle on cold start it's more off just rough idle any type of temp and I don't use ac uk to cold
I think it may be bad fuel injectors but that's just a guess and can only wonder what others would say don't fancy paying a mechanic excess amount if not necessary
