2003 Ford Rainger 3.0 Litter. Has rough idle. Spark plugs, wires and coil have been replaced. Get misfire at start up code on cylinders 3 and 6.

So many things can do that but if you're getting a misfire no cylinders check the spark plug wires or if it doesn't have spark plug wires change the ignition coils and pray it's not either the fuel injectors going bad you could swap them from those cylinders to others and if they're missing moves you know the injectors are bad and then pray it's not something like a blowing head gasket or worn out piston rings inside the engine
