Hi Scotty...!
Butterfly will not open / only a quarter ) is the throttle cable out of adjustment ...?
Also can you work on my Truck ...?
Every shop in Southern California has and I am not happy even while under warranty...!
Please help me Car Dr.

Have you tried to open the throttle by hand?
