2016 Full size Ford Transit 3.7 gas not eco boost. Just been told my water pump is leaking. Is that something I can add to the coolant to try to restore the seal? Atreseal?

Don't try to band-aid fix it with a sealer, unless you like gambling your motor, replace the pump. They're way cheaper than that 3.7L Cyclone V6 and it should be easy to get to if your pump is external and the van is RWD.
Independently check it yourself with leak dye and monitor your coolant level.

There is no sealer that will work on a water pump. Just replace it.
