Typical Ford. There are issues, they do know, but they found a loophole to get out of it just because they didnt get notified by the plaintiff prior to suit.
I sued Ford a year ago. They have a whole office floor of legal experts that use ANYTHING to get out of their responsibilities. I won my case because I hired a high-powered and very expensive attorney, which most people can't/won't do and they know it. It still took me a year to prove them guilty in court.
Will never do business with then again.

I talked to a Ford Master Tech last week offline. He told me to avoid any 2018+ redesigned 5.0 and 10R80 like the plague. It’s good that you sued them.

Ford's culture from the days of Iaccoca (60s) has been jerkwater.
True. I mainly bought Mustangs. I've had about 30. But the last two, an 18 and 19, had issues and my F150 was a disaster. So, I jumped ship to Honda. Miss the V8 but at least I can enjoy my car instead of being in loaners for 6 months.
