2007 Ford F-150 Fuel rail leaking

my gf has a 2007 f150 4.6l 240,000 miles automatic and we recently changed out 2 coil packs on cylinder 6 and 7.  But shortly after it gave another code on number 5 misfiring that it was getting too much fuel and you can clearly see fuel leaking out at that fuel rail spot over cylinder 5.  But I cannot get it to sit on there right at all.

We also had all the spark plugs changed out at the same time and whenever I try to start it it has a long crank over time and has a hard shake.  I think that’s cause of the misfire.  Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated so we can get her truck driving again.

Thank you-Tony

It could be that the injector o ring used to seat the injector got pinched or has failed and needs a new one.  It should be lubricated before installation so it installs properly.
