Should I have my fuel system cleaned and is it necessary? My car is a 15 fusion se with 100,000ish miles.

Unless you are having problems, or buy gas from sketchy off-brand stations, no.
Are you having some problems with hesitation or misfires, etc.? If so, you are more likely having/getting deposits on your throttle body or MAF sensor.
