Hello, my 2012 Ford Fusion s automatic with 109,789 miles has an AC problem, when you turn on the AC it blows cold for about 5 minutes then full Heat. I would like to know if the remanufactured Climate control modules are any good, or if I should buy the $414 brand new one. I found out the problem occurs in many other fusions. So I complained to NHTSA I want other people to complain so this becomes a recall. Thanks, it gets HOT here so AC is a high commodity.

The problem should be diagnosed with a bidirectional scan tool before blaming the module, if that has not been done yet. It could be a mechanical problem with the blend door.
