While filling up gas in my truck it leaks a bit and only while fueling what happened? The truck has no rust or anything 1998 ford f150 single cab 215,000 miles on it

Well, generally that means either the neck is rotten. It's a rubber part that connects the filler to the gas tank. Perhaps the clamp has gotten loose or it's ripped. Or there's a hole in the top of the gas tank in which case of the leak only when you're filling it up
