Hi Scotty. I have a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis with 65,000 miles. Car runs great , no real issues but sometimes when I'm just cruising along a low speed and apply a little pressure to the gas pedal to speed up it buzzes as if there were a cell phone attached to it on vibrate. It's inconsistent . Any ideas ?

It's possible you're feeling vibration from something loose through the throttle cable.
Inspect the throttle cable (excessive play) ((stretched out)) and the cable mounting bracket at the throttle body and the throttle body for mechanical wear in the throttle plate shaft (slop).
