I have 2013 Corolla, been facing with annoying issue for past 2 years.
everytime i go to gas station i am unable to fill up, handle clicks after 3 seconds and it takes me way longer to fill up the tank.
I ordered new Charchol canister and changed it aswell but still having same issue.
Could be other issue ? kindly advice.

You have a problem with your evap system. There's a lot more to it than the charcoal canister. There are other possible causes of that problem, some of which may not be immediately obvious.
