My 1988 monte carlo hold pressure in the gas tank. When you take of the gas cap it sucks air in, I got a vented gas cap but it still does it. How do I fix it?

If it runs okay I wouldn't worry about it vented caps are not allowed to vent any fuel vapors out. How far is all things will do that but if it runs weird you could check the evap canister vent valve system
