I drive a 1991 gmc Sierra c3500 7.4L dually. I have badly damaged doors. I was given a pair from a 2002 gmc Sierra, should I even bother starting the project by I think the doors are too new.

Call your local junk yard to confirm or not confirm those doors do or not interchange

Just looking at the images, I doubt they’ll fit. However, use a rudimentary tape measure & check if the dimensions are indeed the same.

If the hinges aren’t compatible, this is a non starter.

It’s going to be way easier just picking up used doors from a junkyard.

Do they open and shut?  Windows go up and down ok? Just curious to degree of "badly" damaged.

If they open and shut, I'd bang the smooth back in that sheet metal and do a good alignment, shims etc and factory color spray can with a clear coat... but I'm cheap :  )
