I have a 2004 GMC Envoy XL, with a Vortec 4.2 engine. I get a check engine soon light and and when I check the code, it comes up P0016. I've changed the camshaft positioning sensor and crankshaft sensor., and still have the code. I took it to a repair shop and he said it was the Power Train Control Module. Is he Right? Any suggestions?

well for my experience it is either the module has gone bad or the timing chain has stretched because stretch timing chains will often trip that code as the data coming from the sensors confuses the computer software
