vehicle had no leak and no prior work done. Replaced master and now the pedal is firm but as soon as vehicle starts pedal goes to floor.

You likely need to get a bidirectional scan tool in order to bleed the antilock braking system. Or your brake booster is bad. What were the symptoms when you replaced the brake master cylinder? If you replaced the master cylinder and the same problem persists, it's not your brake master cylinder, it's your brake booster.
