Hey guys,

I have a 2007 Toyota tundra Sr5 with trd off road package with 285K kms on it. The problem i have encountered till now is sometimes in the morning or after the truck is
sitting for a while it's a hard start and it take
like 10 to 15 seconds to turn over and sometimes it doesn’t and have to start again to turn it over. It doesn't
happens regularly but I'm worried. I have change the
battery terminal and look for corrosion as well but it didn't work. I have replaced starter as well but it's the same issue, battery is still good.
Did it happen to anyone else. Or anyone know
what's causing the problem.

Any codes?

No codes.

some of the tundras have the hard start because of the flex fuel, mine has the problems ,mines is a 2015
ive taken it to the dealer and all they did was an update, and reset the ethanol % back to 0, mine would sometimes get up as has high as 15-20%, I bought a scan tool that I can use to reset the ethanol % myself. only have to reset every 5-6 months.
it doesn't have the hard start in the cooler weather, but it sometimes gets it when warmer. mine doesn't take as long as yours to start. mine kinda seems like the fuel just doesn't stay in the fuel rail and it takes a second for the key to start the starter and thats when the fuel pump kicks in.
the only thing I did different to my truck was add a 46 gal fuel tank from Transferflow.

If you try to start it and nothing happens when you turn the key have you battery load test and then if it's okay in the cables on coronavirus replace the starter they just wear out over time

Battery has been load tested and it’s ok and starter has been replaced as well but the problem is still there.

Pressure test the fuel line.

When did you last replace your fuel filter?  PCV valve?
