- It is difficult to start like have to push the push button like 2-7 times because the start times out
- then sometimes it runs rough and down on power after starting, but a restart fixes it
- On a warm start it hesitates to start but starts with one push of the button only when hot.
- 08 altima 2.5s 200k
- Sometimes throttle won't respond when taking off into traffic

Have you scanned the car? Sounds most likely a possible cam or crank sensor concern.. otherwise I would check fuel pressure to eliminate a fuel pump failing
No i have not scanned it but it has no check lights
I would still recommend scanning first you can have codes stored without a light being on
