Hey there Scotty, Bob out here in Arizona. I have a 2009 infinity QX56. I believe I have a blown head gasket. Im not in position to repair the gaskets and possibly mill down the heads so I watched your video on repairing it with tour temporary solution .what more can you tell me

Any snake oil "mechanic in a can/bottle" will only yield temporary relief if it works at all. It's a crap shoot that may or may not buy you some time. Such products are best used when the only other option is to junk the vehicle.

The only way to actually repair a blown head gasket is to replace it, checking the head for possible problem in the process.

From my experience it can cause worse problems - can block heater matrix so your heating will stop working. Can also block other areas of the cooling system including thermostat.
Only use it if you plan to scrap the car and just want to drive it for a very short time. Then again you can still drive with a blown head gasket. It's only when you start seeing smoke coming from exhaust and signs of overheating where it becomes major.
