The heat only blows hot out of the passenger side. The amount of air coming out vents on both sides is equal, but it's only hot out of the passenger side. Anyone know what's going on?
Please see updated question posted below, thanks
The blend door actuator on driver side is stuck.
Giving this a bump. After replacing the blend door actuator located behind the glove box (temperature control one, it falls down with a solid knock so the door is perfectly fine), I am experiencing little to zero improvement on temperature on the drivers side still.
Is there another blend door actuator for the other side? If so it's not too a big deal I'll just stick the new one wherever it needs to go.
I'm also now randomly experiencing no response from the dial that decides which vent air is blowing out of. It intermittently will not cycle between floor vents, defrost, dash vents etc. Just randomly doesn't respond to me turning the dial sometimes when I fire her up in the morning, then on the way home it'll perform and work fine like nothing ever happened.
So to recap, we still have no heat on the driver's side (air hot on passenger side), and now the toggle dial between vent choices randomly doesn't respond. I've replaced the actuator located on the passenger side, which is the only one I knew existed.
Any help is very much appreciated
