- We have a 2016 Chevy Trax and the heater works intermittently. We have approx 83K miles on it. Before we start tearing it apart, can you advise the probable issue? Doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to when it will or won't work.
can you be a little more specific please? It doesn't blow, or it blows cold?
Also, does this happen on all the speed settings?

Start with the heater blower resistor. They usually go out first.

Definitely an electronic issue. Find a mechanic to check the BCM.
