2007 Nissan Frontier SV 6 cylinder , has 182000 miles.
Heat only works while driving at higher speeds 70 to 80 mph. While truck is not in motion and I rev up the engine , heat doesn't work either.

Unfortunately, that's normally a sign of your heater. Core is clogged. They cost a fortune to replace so you might try flushing it out with chemicals. But you could pray you just low on coolant. If you want coolant arrow, getting the system and do that. Pray it's that easy of a fix
