HI Scotty, I am wondering about my 2003 toyota camry 2.4 with 221,000 miles and when I cold start it, it will be fine I put it in reverce or drive it has a very heavy vibratration and the idle is weird it goes up and down with the serpintine belt almost I change the tourqe rode moter mount and I noticed it but I don't think that is it it also has a weird deal with the intake manifold plenum has a broken piece inside it and rattles (very common problem) could it mabey have a vacuum leak or something

- Of course check for broken engine mounts transmission mounts that will often do that and pray it's not a problem with the torque converter or transmission itself which cost of Fortune to fix
