Hello i have a 2006 dodge magnum 2.7 automatic, 150133miles and i keep having idling problems if im in a drive thru the rpm goes up and sometimes it just cuts off. But it starts right back up. I changed almost everything and its not giving me a code ...

Start by cleaning the MAF, throttle body, check the engine air filter and test for vacuum/exhaust leaks. And, if you have a scan tool a bit more talented than a code reader, go into Mode6/Enhanced Diagnostics and look at the sensor checks.

Live Data might be useful, especially if the scanner does "Freeze Frame."
