2010 camry 100k miles
2012 sienna 90k miles, Never changed transmission fluid on both cars. Is it safe to fo it now?? Pls advise. I m hearing mixed answers

Clarification: How does the fluid look on both? Color? Smell burnt? Any metallic particles embedded? Any problems when shifting?
