My car engine isnt getting fuel, i have checked for spark and it gets it, sprayed starter spray in the intake and it will crank over and fire up for a second, so knew it was fuel. i replaced the fuel pump and inspecting in the tank it was very clean nothing to clog any lines it looked like, there was no fuel in the lines when i took them off to drop the tank either. checked every fuse in and out of the car as they are not labled, and replaced the relay and some others i thought may be the one for it, and checked all the rest, but my car will still not start, i have a new fuel filter i will put in tomorrow incase the old one is clogged but other than that i cant think of what else the issue could be, i also tried an obd2 scan tool but it wouldnt work for some reason, any advice? My battery is currently sitting at 12.1v as it has been cranked a few times, could that stop it aswell? The obd2 scanner wouldnt read my engine codes but said my cranking test was good, my car is a suzuki grand vitara 2001, it has 260,000km and is a manual
If you hotwire the fuel pump, do you get healthy fuel pressure?

That fuel filter behind the rear passenger side wheel is probably the problem. You said you were going to replace it.
