Help sourcing a replacement hybrid battery for a 2012 Toyota Estima

Hi Scotty and everyone,

I own a 2012 Toyota Estima Hybrid AHR20W, with a 2.4L engine and automatic transmission. My chassis number is AHR20-7061410.

I live in Saint Lucia in the Caribbean and have been trying to source a replacement hybrid battery both locally and overseas, without success. There are definitely no replacement batteries available here in Saint Lucia, so I would need to import one.

My preference is a brand-new genuine Toyota hybrid battery or a reliable aftermarket replacement made with entirely new cells. Can anyone recommend a trustworthy supplier who can supply the correct battery and ship it to Saint Lucia?

If getting a new battery is not possible, what would be the best and most reliable alternative? Given the difficulty and expense of importing one, I am looking for a dependable, long-term solution.

Any recommendations on suppliers, shipping, pricing, and warranty coverage would be greatly appreciated.

I have found the Toyota Nation Forum to be helpful in sourcing parts and recommendations:

Note that the Estima is called the Previa in other markets
