Hi Scotty,
i have a 2010 Toyota Venza with an automatic transmission. It has 161,600 km which is about 100,400 miles. It has no obd 2 codes.
When i start the car up in the morning it has a little louder sound than usual. Also i would have to give more gas than usual to pickup speed. After 5-10 minutes the car runs normal.
i have already changed the air filter and cleaned the mass air flow sensor.

I would check the spark plugs and the fuel filter next. At 100k miles, it's time to do a full tune up on it to keep it running well.
