Is dodge hemi 6.2 & 6.4 are actually hemispheres chamber or it’s just a marketing strategy. Some people say it’s semi hemi.

The modern Hemi's are NOT true Hemi's and do no use hemispheric heads. The true Hemi would be the old school 426.
That said, the modern engines are a much more efficient design and still have a very large combustion chamber.
But to answer your question directly, no they are not "true" Hemi's.
