Hey I have a 2011 ford fusion hybrid, when accelerating the gas engine will stop working, and acceleration is very slow. Is this a possible transmission issue?
The wrench light comes on, but it will go off and after you turn it off and back on it acts like nothing is wrong until it happens again. It only has 49k miles btw

you should run a diagnostic scan on it
There are no fault codes that I have had checked.
