I have a mitsubishi VR-X and I was wondering if you could make a video or give me some input on the car I have a hearing problem but I think I can hear the timing belt making a noise, and sometimes the tcl light will come on and then the engine light.

Your car's ECUs have detected an issue, hence the lights on your dashboard.
To help us attempt to diagnose the issue, you will need to connect the car to a proper all-systems OBD diagnostic device and retrieve the fault codes.
Once you retrieve the fault codes, please post them on this forum with the year, milage, displacement, and, if possible, the engine type of your car, so that we will be able to diagnose the issue.

Timing belts typically do not make noises when they go bad, chains on the other hand do.
And still, without hearing the engine, and knowing that's the engine year, milage, and displacement we are unlikely to be able to point to a specific issue.
Besides, diagnosing engine/car noises through the internet is hard and isn't always even possible.

The Traction/Stability control ECU can request a CEL light to come on -
so the CEL light may, or may not be, related to the TCL light.
Anyhow, this does not seem to be related to said engine noise.
well your traction control problem should be unrelated to timing belt. when was the last time the belt was changed?
