This still be a 2k scan tool. Depends on what you use it for, tbh the difference between 2k-5k are negligible compared to a $100 dollar to 2k one. When you start to go dealer level with dealer specific features I think that's when you start to need to have one for that specialty, like how You needed a Mercedes-Benz star system. Too bad they cancelled that for all newer models. I like Autel scanners personally but I think that one of the major flaws is that it is hellllllaa slow compared to all other name brand including Scotty's and if you get the Bluetooth version it's even worse. Especially at a shop level, slower scanning means more wasted time.
