I have a 2004 Ford expedition with the 4.6 it has 286,000 mi on it and runs pretty dang good but I was replacing the PCV valve and the top broke off and I tried to fish the bottom of it out of the valve cover and it fell down into the valve cover so I managed to get all of the bolts out and now I can't get the valve cover out I think it's stuck on top of the cam in the back I can't slide it over it.

If the bottom of the valve broke off and you were able to remove the valve cover, you may have to break it in a couple of smaller pieces to get it out past the cam.
