I have an Acura Integra LS, 1999. I have a code p0141 for oxygen sensor heater circuit bank one sensor 2. the car runs well. however, I can't get it inspected and I really need help. What can I do to fix it?

Just replace the sensor 99% of the time. It's the heating element inside the sensor that burns out. It won't affect how it runs dog. You just can't get it passed for the stupid emissions crap
