Hey, Scotty I have 2007 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited and after running for 5 minutes the lighting bolt symbol appears and it starts running rough until you restart it. It only does this if the car is sitting at idle for five minutes.
Mileage? It sounds like something is happening when the engine warms up, possibly something electronic like a sensor or some system that comes online when a certain temperature is reached.
What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? Have you performed a diagnostic scan for codes and live data? Checked basics like filters, spark plugs, fuel pressure?

The instrument panel warning lights are explained in your owner's manual. All you have to do is crack it open.
