Hey Scotty, I have a 2013 Lexus IS250 it is given me codes P0172, P0175, P0101, and I believe the last shop said P0301. I've changed the MAF sensor 2 times and all 4 O2 sensors. There is no vacuum leak but it's running very rich. I've had it at 5 shops and not even Lexus can figure out the problem. Please help. You're my last hope. 😕

For future reference please take a moment to note and understand the difference between the title of your post and the main body. The former is intended as a SHORT DESCRIPTION, is length-limited (overly long entries are cut short), and is not for all the details and full description of your issue. Those belong in the main body of your post. Thank you. (Title edited.)

Since you changed out all the sensors and MAF already, you will need to look elsewhere. Freeze frame data would be useful. Couple things to check out before hand though, your car model just happens to go out of wack if the battery is not in shape so if it's over 3 years, get a new one and see if that works. Could also check how dirty the air filter is for simplicity sake since I assume you want to minimize money loss. If these don't do it for you get a fuel system check done to see if you have a faulty fuel pressure regulator. If all else fails then I suspect you have a faulty ECM as they did have a recall on those at some point. P301 is just code for a misfire, probably due to the other issues you currently have.
