Hey Scotty, I recently had to replace my cooling fan because my car was overheating and it does great now except when I turn my AC on it over heats again. I just spent 400 to fix it and I don't know what to do??

Does the fan turn on? If the fan runs fine and there aren't any obvious reasons for it overheating (low coolant, bad thermostat), I would be wary of a blowing head gasket.
Scotty has a video here on checking your head gasket. If you aren't excited about buying the kit, you can also look for signs such as high smoke levels, foamy gas caps, and low coolant levels.
