Hey scotty, my 2004 Honda Accord EXL V6 coupe throttle position sensor keeps failing and getting put into limp home mode, i replaced the sensor with throttle body and months later its failing again, any idea what might be going on?

I would check the sensor and the connection first. Did you use OEM sensor?

Check the wiring harness. It might be a short. If I remember correctly the OEM is denso. You should buy OEM, if not you can run into issues like this. Aftermarket parts can fail or not work at all in some cars. It's not uncommon at all
