Hey scotty my 2005 ford f150 4.6 liter with 212000 miles has started to make a pinging noise when i accelerate at low rpms, ive changed the fuel filter and tried 93 octane, what could be causing this issue, I don't feel a loss in power

The EGR manifold is most likely plugged up with carbon. You will have to remove it and clean it.
