Hello Scotty.
I was wondering if it's safe to instal an HHO Hydro cell kit in my 2008 Jeep liberty and do they really work?

People have been selling these water injection kits to suckers for 40 years now. They are total bunk, but like Canada Joe Jones said -
"It is morally wrong to allow suckers to keep their money."

They don’t work. If they did anything the sellers claim (increased mpg, more power etc) then every manufacturer would include them with the car. Vehicle Manufacturers spend millions on research and design trying to get tiny increases in efficiency so if a bolt on solution existed they’d install it.
Save your money.
