My Brothers Toyota with the D-4D turbo diesel used to get almost 30MPG(US) but now it's reduced to 17MPG(US), and there are more vibrations coming from the engine. The car has almost 166,000 miles.
Should I recommend engine decarbonizing to gain more fuel economy & fix the vibrations

Pray that works it must have some kind of a problem with the injection system sometimes cleaning will fix it
